GAMMA online peer support group meeting are run by GAMMA and other similar groups in the United States, Europe and Australia. Meeting are held throughout the week at various times. The purpose of GAMMA is to provide a confidential support group for gay, bisexual, questioning men who are or were in a committed relationship to a woman. Being part of the LGBTQ community can be a journey filled with discovery, pride, and, at times, challenges. Whether you're navigating your identity, facing discrimination, or simply looking for connection, support is out there.

Husbands Out to Wives (HOW) is a peer support group for gay, bisexual, pan or fluid husbands/partners of women (either married or in a committed relationship), who either have or intend to come out to their wives/partners about their sexuality. One of the challenges in reaching out for support if you're gay is that you may feel that others who are not gay will not understand your particular situation. These gay support groups can help people through the challenges associated with gay discrimination and stigma.
