Shes definitely gay. She wouldn't have been saying she loves Madoka the way in which she has over the entire series if she wasn't. I think that meme is just making a joke of the obvious: what Homura did was inherently wrong. But more importantly, the third movie is an antithesis of the series. The worst part is that at least 60% of PMMM art is MadoHomu. Homura is really creepy.
