I have been to many weddings with this issue- both for straight and gay couples. The most common approache seems to be for the dj announce “for the first time as a married couple: [full name 1] and [full name 2]!” An alternative I’ve heard a few times is something like “presenting the [lastname 1]- [last name 2]s!” My personal solution was to just not do the announcement haha. .
