UW-Madison’s LGBT Community Center (LGBTCC) and its associated student org (TPS) host a bunch of welcome events in September if you are interested in socializing. As a bi female I don’t know about the gay male community per say, but usually everywhere you go there’s at least one person with some pride flag button on their backpack.
