Proponents of OSex are citing its more organic animations, but something to consider is if they are also organic for gay actors and animations. So in summary, the three big mods that you'll want to have to experience naughty gay things in Skyrim are: Schlongs of Skyrim, SexLab, and Shape Atlas for Men. Keep these three sets of submods in their own groups in your load order, and keep the SoS mods high in the load order since some SexLab mods require them and SAM will overwrite them so. On loverslab, Sexlab Eager NPCs (either gender) and SexTalk (intended for gay men) will let you pick up NPCs. OSex does not have any good animations for male/male interaction; stick with SexLab. .
