That’s an image of LATD, if u save in the first slot there you over write your GTAIV game. All three games use the same 12 slots from the GTAIV savegame folder. I use the slots like this; 1,2,3,4 for GTAIV 5,6,7,8 for LATD 9,10,11,12 for BOGT I assume the autosave, slot 13 always gets over written with whatever game you are playing at the time. .
