Well, because I’m Christian, gay, was raised in the church, worked in ministry, I left ministry and Christianity because of the pain I endured. Advice for someone going to a Christian school?
I've been an atheist for almost 3 years now. It took me a year after graduation from a Christian high school to finally leave the faith. Now, I've struggled with my sexual orientation since I was 13, and only just recently came out to myself as gay at age I started at the Christian school as a freshman, and we had to go to chapel every Tuesday. It was basically like a church service that. . I'm a Christian boy in high school and I'm gay.
You are going to high school in a place where the entire point is to propagandize the students into hating the same things together. Otherwise, if not for the inculcation of religious bigotry, why not just go to a public high school - or if you have to be posh - a private, but secular, high school?. .
