“Gives You Hell” is the lead single and the 4th track on the All-American Rejects' third album, When the World Comes Down. Chart-wise, it is AAR’s most successful hit to date. A lot of people i talk to mention they totally get the song, but have no idea what the music video has to do with it. The song is about an ex girlfriend, one he had before he was famous.
