The Arizona Gay Rodeo Association is a volunteer group that produces a an annual rodeo to benefit local LGBTQ+ charities. Flavors abound—from mesquite-grilled steaks in cowboy country to James Beard—nominated chefs redefining Southwest cuisine, Arizona serves bold tastes that satisfy every craving and tell a story with every bite. The 40th Annual Arizona Gay Rodeo will be February , at the Corona Ranch and Rodeo Ground. The rodeo is an IGRA-sanctioned rodeo, and all IGRA Rules apply. Pets are not allowed on the rodeo grounds or in the pavilion; only service animals are allowed. Rodeo events include: Bull Riding, Steer Riding, Chute Dogging, Calf Roping on Foot, Mounted Breakaway Roping, Barrel Racing. The 39th annual Arizona Gay Rodeo was held Feb. In addition to traditional rodeo activities such as bull riding, barrel racing, chute dogging and calf roping, the event included colorful events like a wild drag race and goat dressing, in which participants tried to put underwear on goats.

The Arizona Gay Rodeo is an AGRA-sanctioned rodeo. The event also includes camp drag events, vendors, food, full-service bars, drag performances, dancing, rodeo royalty, games and more – all in a festival-style atmosphere. Think hot cowboys, tight jeans, boots and big hats and fun in the sun, Arizona Style at the annual Arizona Gay Rodeo, held annually each February.
