Musically Miami back then was just Bass or Freestyle. I think there was a small club in Overtown called PacJam. If you want to know about clubs that go back to the early/mid 80s - late 70s like Manhattans, the Mutiny, Big Daddy's then you'd be going into Cocaine Cowboys territory.
