FitRec is allowing members to sponsor guests for $15 per visit. Single-entry passes are available to any guest associated with a current and active FitRec member. Barre Pilates Fusion Barre Pilates Fusion is an empowering workout focused on functional strength, alignment, safety, and fun. Incorporating elements of classical mat Pilates and the use of the barre to challenge balance, core stability, and coordination, this class will leave you feeling capable and energized.

We're so confident with our Registered Professionals, that we're giving employers a six-month guarantee on placements from a job ad. At FitRec you’ll meet people of all body types trying making a better versions of themselves. Most people at keep to themselves, some might ask to work in or ask how many sets you have left and that’s the most interaction with anyone you’ll get. This is so sad. I've suffered from internalised homophobia - feeling like I wasn't good enough , just because I was gay - it doesn't have to be this way.
