I somewhat disagree as “dandy” seems to have the same usage was as metrosexual. To me it’s only demeaning if there’s a negative patriarchal connotation within the use of the word in a sentence, but the term itself might be close to the word twink or again metrosexual. So, is “dandy” an lgbt hate term? Or possibly just a micro.
