There is a lot of homosexuals in this game.
So yeah, twice as many girls as guys but tbh it's still more gay male romance options than any other game I can think of (unless you want to count Skyrim). Also from what I can tell there's unnamed NPCs you can hook up with in some quests that aren't on this list. .
