Alexander "Alex" Dean Standall is one of the main characters in 13 Reasons Why. Alex is a student at Liberty High School. He is the younger brother of Peter Standall, the son of Carolyn and Bill Standall, the former best friend of Hannah Baker, the boyfriend of Charlie St. George, the ex-boyfriend of Jessica Davis, the ex-lover of Winston Williams, a former member of Liberty High's jazz band.
