Even if it turns out a guy isn't gay, which is pretty common unless you are in a gay bar, men are generally pretty happy to get compliments unless they are a raging homophobe. Well, my one friend hangs with a lot of gay guys, and I have a few gay guys that hit on me in law school quite often. They've all hit on me and said I'm a bear, and that's their type.
